This was my first time travelling alone to Marrakech and a single female could have been daunting, but, was my favourite trip over! Be smart, get Pascal to arrange the car to collect you from the airport, so you don't get lost in the souks trying to find the riad with luggage, and do practice runs during the day from the square to the riad. As long as you know where you are in the square you can find your way home! Mm

The room (suite) is big and very clean. Good breakfast than you can have in the roof terrace. The couple that runs the rial are very nice and helpful. Make sure you let them know that you want your room cleaned daily, because without your approval they will not do it. This is a brand new Riad, it openned in June 2013.

It is brilliantly situated just off Marrakech's souks in the centre of the Medina and amazingly peaceful considering its central, bustling location. The rooms are so clean and warm and comfy with a lot of room to choose from - The staff was very nice. It has very pleasant open patio where you get breakfast or you can sit there during day. You can use the terrace on the floors next to your room too.   Veronique the owner is genuinely friendly, and will take care of you, nothing is too much trouble. She and Jean-Marc made us feel very welcome.   We came to the riad through the hustle and bustle of the Medina, with the host Julien leading the way. As we entered Riad Bibtia, the tranquility and atmosphere of the building really struck us. The hospitality from all the staff throughout our six day stay was faultless. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the riad's atrium and ate splendidly - The family really takes care of their gests! Both so that you feel very welcome to their riad and to help you to plan/do nice things during your stay. When we need help to buy some jewellery, we were nicely followed to several serious shops and helped to get at good price. So very serviceminded! Thanks! PS: Taxi t/f airport may differ much. We used the same driver both ways (40 DH from just outside airport/50 DH drop off at airport). This nice and trustfull driver: 0602458448.

  I originally booked for one night for me and my friends but we felt inlove with the place and the services and so I stayed for another night. Youssef is very helpful in everything we needed from the room we stayed until the sightseeings we want to visit. Th - I liked the friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast was wonderful and enough (yogurt, orange juice, pancakes, coffee or tea, eggs and crepes), the bathroom and shower were spacious and had nice towels and bath ropes which was a very nice touch. The room felt cozy. And even though we could not lock it, I was ok with it. The roof top was ok, nothing particular. In general I liked our stay at the Riad, it had an authentic feel to it and as I said, the staff made one feel at home.

  The Riad was located a walking distant to the square ( 15 min ) distant to the caus of Marakesch ; however the we arrived with a rental car and I do not recommend people to drive in the Medina ! Eggs, orrange juice, pancakes... delicious :) - The location is great, few walking minutes to Jemaa el-Fnaa. The rooms are great (for a budget place) and also the roof terrace. The breakfast is ok. The orange tree smells fantastic. Easy to get from the Square. Enter to the street with Cafe Argano, just go straight, when the street is blocked make right (you will see an exchange), after few meters there's a small place, here you will see Derb el Hamman. Enter on it, make 2 time left and then right..you fill find the hostel.
