  Found the reception staff to be really helpfull answering any questions I had about local facilities, excursions, etc. Check-in was fast and easy, rooms were kept clean by nice polite cleaning ladies, small grocery shop next door for basics, cafe's across the street, and only a few minutes walk to the bus stop (across from Macdonalds) where busses... was die leute sagen » drop you right outside the main square for 4 dirhams- 30 pence ( kids under 6 go for free) - Our stay was excellent you know what you get with assonfou good size rooms fridge electric hob, toilets and shower are clean.   Very pleasant hotel, with impressive atrium seating area, decent pool and clay tennis courts. Essentially it's a sort of French version of a Thompsons hotel. Good breakfast, large room and ideally placed for exploring Marrakech (see guide below). Would certainly recommend Les Idrissides.
