  The staff at Riad Chamali couldn't have been more adorable! Every single member of the team was smiling & lovely & couldn't do enough for the guests. The manager (Mounaa I think) was exceptional. Various members of staff walked us places in case we got lost (to find a taxi, to find a safe route to the square etc) and happily served our bre... was die leute sagen » akfast even at the very late times we sometimes got up. Complimentary large bottle of water waiting in our room on arrival which was a nice welcome to - The people from Riad Chamali made ouwer stay great! I took my mam for her birthday to Marrakech. In the Riad my mam got flowers from the staff ! Wow that was a surprise! The manager of the Riad was very friendly, she knew a lot about Marrakech and the surrounding area! If she didn't know, she would come up with an answer later that day! -cooking lessons where great! -everybody was friendly! -taxi + excursions where great! Everything for a perfect city-trip or holiday!!!

  We totally loved the Dar Loula, it was quiet comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady who was there during the day. They even arranged to supply a birthday cake for me as a surprise for my partners 40th! We would definitely stay again. - The riad is inside a small alley, not far away from the palace. The room is small but well democrated. Wifi is weak inside the room. But the common area is comfortable.

  Patrice and his family were fab hosts! We enjoyed getting to know them and appreciated the space they gave to us, we were not bothered or pestered at all. The Riad is a new venture for them and I cannot recommend their good value, clean and cosy accommodation highly enough. I recommend their offer of an airport transfer for your arrival but you will find the riad without problems after that. - I like the location of the Riad. It is situated in the Kasbah so is very close to the sights yet is so quiet you would think you were further away. It's tranquil and like a small oasis in a place of chaos. Lovely to go back to after a busy day sight seeing. Very authentic in style. Beautiful rooms. Lovely roof terrace.

  There are many things that we really liked, here is a basic list: 1. Location: The riad is 15mins drive from the airport. The taxi can drop you at the doorstep unlike many other Riads which are located in the narrow lanes of the Medina and have to be reached on foot. Staff: The staff at the Riad is very friendly and went all - The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.
