Their ex-nanny pastry chef taught the kids (aged 7 & 9) how to make Moroccan pastries while Pierre - the ultra stylish manager who curates everything in the hotel with a connoisseur's - Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

The Hammam & massage were a wonderful antidote to the chaotic souk. The roof terrace was a lovely spacious place to relax and soak up the sun or star-gaze. Yogurt, fresh bread/cakes & fruit. Quiet location is als - Excellent and extremely attentive and courteous service. The food served was also excellent throughout our stay (breakfast) and we ate twice at night at the magnificent first level terrace (same as for the breakfast even though the roof top terrace is also available). The spa services that my wife received were also at the same level of quality.
