  Upon arrival we were given a very nice welcome, and a one on one overview of the city, lots of helpful hints including a map as to where we were. We were made to feel extreemly welcome. It is one of the best hotels in my life. In this trip, we used 2 hotels in Marrakech, and the other one was not better than Riad Naffis. Naffis is not big and the room is not big, but it is compact, clean and beautiful. The owner is very kind. The location is also nice. The most impressive is the watchman, Mohammed. He is so kind and nice guy. He satisfied us very much.

He toured us around to all the sights personally and totally helped me with shopping in the markets! Told me how much to pay before I started bargaining!
