Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

  This was a lovely place to stay for a few nights while we were in Marrakesh. Full of atmosphere and Moroccan character. Not luxury but beautiful design, furniture and features. We had the two rooms on the ground floor with the courtyard and pool between them where we had breakfast - which was plentiful. The place was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. - The relaxation of the riad was wonderful, you would never know of all the hustle & bustle going on outside. The roof top area was lovely. Very friendly staff, nothing was any trouble for them. They were always helpful with advise, making reservations & booking taxi's. Some of us had been before & would recommend an organised trip to the Altlas mountains & to see how the other half live at the NIkki beach! Some good shopping for souvenirs.

Location was ideal for the souks and main square (only 1-2 minutes' walk) but in a very quiet area. Al - I stayed at Riad Balkisse on my first visit to Marrakesh I have to say that what made my stay so great is the staff. Fouad is a genuinely caring person. . We arranged to have dinner in the Riad the night we arrived it was delicious. The roof terrace is a fabulous place for the tasty breakfast or a quiet drink in the evenings.   Riad Jnane Agdal was a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. We found it a perfect place to relax after walking around the busy Souks of Marrakech.
