  The staff : Very welcoming, helpful, able in several languages, smilng and calm. Very nice ambiance thanks to them. They will assisit in anything you need. Top staff! Better than in Switzerland where I live. The room & facilities : Room is cleaned everyday. By Moroccan standards, the cleanliness, especially bathroom, is very good (I have stay... was die leute sagen » ed elsewhere I can compare). Bed is comfortable and firm. Yes a few parts need repainting and joints need re-doing, but the effort to provide a cleanl - The hotel staff were very helpful And polite .couldn't ask for more.. I'll make it my hotel from now on Each time i make it to casablanca
