  The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always smiling and courteous, and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful setting and the rooms are a wonderful size. We were upgraded when we arrived, and it was a fabulous surprise. Their tour guides that they use were great as well. I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved.
