  99% of the staff spoke English and put up with our bad Spanish. The breakfasts were included and we had a lot of choices and they were all great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a junior suite and it was very large. The canopy bed was very comfortable. The tv had many English speaking channels. Guest relations service is good - I contacted them before my arrival to book some extra services and they really did their best to help me.
