  A perfect hotel for family stay. We were upgraded with a two bed room premier on 16 th floor, though we were on the other side of towers but still the garden view was beautiful. I loved the concept of having city view while in bath tub, it was so fascinating at night time that I missed it badly while staying in other hotels. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre.   Second time I've spend some days in this wonderfull hotel. Next tima if I go to Kuala Lumpur I definittely will use this friendly hotel with excellent cousin :) - value for money for 5 stars hotel. I got cheaper price trough letsbookhotel.com. The pool and facilities are suitable for family. The foods are excellent.

  Almost everything :) Room cleanliness, staff friendliness, the food. One day when staff found out we wanted to go Putrajaya but the van was in workshop he arranged for us to go in a cab still. Staff at cashier very accommodating and efficient. Thank you for giving me a 5 star treatment really! - The standard room was spacious and cozy. Suits well for me, my husband and 3 small kids. The staff was helpful and we only had to pay for one child for the buffet breakfast (the room came with complimentary breakfast for 2 adults only). Would definitely stay here again.

  We stayed at the hotel apartment on 33rd floor. Lovely room, good aircon, nice toilet. The 10 feet pool and the spa pool are a delight.the mall under the hotel is undergoing reno, so they have complimentary coffee , juice etc at the pool. And great discount off room service. Monkey bar is nice.but the best part was checkin. They gave me an earl - The two bedroom units were great for families and having a refrigerator in the room is a plus. The staff at breakfast was great and very attentive. Food selection was nice including both Western, Asian and Indian food. Liked having Disney Channel for the kids. The staff is friendly and when an issue needed attention the management took care of it right away and made sure we were happy afterwards.
