  Even though it is an apartment but they do daily housekeeping which I do not get when renting apartments in other places. This gives me a good feeling everyday when I come back from touring outside ... Clean room with clean towels. And the facilities is as per what it's stated in the website.   When we called for maintenance to fix the stuck shower switch - help came within 10-20mins and fixed it in 2mins. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of our belongings.   Very prompt responses and services rendered by Mdm Debbie and Mdm Gloria. Apartment and parking securities were excellent. Rooms are big, very clean, and tidy. Couldn't ask for more. Same building with the 1Borneo Hypermall, and a 10-15 mins drive to KK town, close to Alamesra for shops and restaurants etc. - Very convenient spot to stay.
