~rate is affordable. Worth it what I've paid. Checked in on 9/12 for 1 nigth. Rm168 in room B-1
~staff was friendly and fast (Malay female)
~have a few restaurant downstairs and the food quite nice.
~with 3 rooms and room 1 and 2 got a/c and got 2 bathrooms with water heater in both bathrooms.

Super bad experience staying in this hotel. Difficult get car parking. Cheating customer said got free wifi, but totally cannot get wifi! Room, bathroom and bed sheet is super dirty! A lot of cockroach! When booking mention 3-bedroom unit is air-conditioned, but small room without air-conditioned, this is cheating customer!! ! This is my first time stay in this hotel and also my last time! This is the most bad hotel I ever tried.
noisy came from the main road opposite hotel, only 3 channel for TV- no fun for kids, its a must to have self transportation for guest here.
