The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

Pool, Friendliness, they brought uss Babycod, extra bowl so that my wife could prepare food for the baby etc. immediatly upon request and free of charge. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite that was spacious. First class staff throughout.

1. I like the uniform wore by the staffs. It really represents the Melayu concept, which is in line with the style of the hotel.
2. The check in process did not take long time. The room had been ready as we arrived at the hotel, so we did not have to wait anymore.

Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Rooms are luxury comfortable, beautifully furnished. Wide choice of food in the hotel and in the nearby Pavilion Mall. Concierge helped us with booking for day tours to Elephant San

We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

This is my second stay at this hotel and they really exceeded my expectations. Everything was amazing in this hotel, the Staff were so helpful, whoever you ask about anything they will make sure that you get the premium with less money especially when we were asking about the tours. I like the location of the hotel, the quite environment and the best thing i like it is the customer services which i only found it in Burj Al-Arab Hotel-Dubai. - Very good price/quality ratio. I strongly recommed this to anyone visiting KL!
