the room was above my expectation. it is actually better than i expected, i stayed at the studio type room and the facilities is very well equipped.
had to walk few blocks to reach my unit, also quite a distance from local stores or market if walking..breakfast also need to improve a lot..

rented 2 bedroom + 1 bedroom. it's huge, clean and suitable for our 3 families travelling together.
sadly the 3 bedroom apts were fully book or else it would have been just nice:)

There is a need to observe No Smoking Policy in Public. Guests and staff were smoking in the corridor and therefore getting the fumes in the rooms

Cooking hob not working and toilet pipe hose is leaking in 2 bedroom apt. Room was not swept/vacuumed during housekeeping. the location is far from the main attractions or halal eating places but close enough to airport if you are on an early flight.
Rooms are generally clean and spacious enough.
Earlier housekeeping service, housekeeping came only in the afternoon while my kids are having the afternoon nap.

The staff upgraded us to their one-bedroom studio as the studio apartment was fully-booked. For the amount I was paying, its definitely worth the money as the room space was huge. Air-cond was cold enough.
Very limited choices of tv/cable channels. No lift within the building, kinda tiring if you have to climb all the way up to the fourth floor. They only provide one key for one room and its kinda troublesome if you're staying with several people.

The cleaners not really helpfull they didn't cleaned well..and they didn't give the new towel,place mat,ect.
Location is quiet but out of town. Need to take a taxi to major shopping malland the taxi fare is not cheap.
We booked a transfer from htl-apt but the driver did not bother to find us and just sit in the van. We called the hotel 3 times and waited for 1 hour at the airport. One staff, Justin finally came and picked us up using his car. He refused to accept payment from us. Kudos to him and thumbs down for the hotel transfer!
