  The excellent welcome we had and the good meal in the poolside restaurant. The Manager was very hands-on and had initiated a programme of refurbishment. The pool was very nice and the views over the Straits from the front of the hotel were lovely. It appeared to be a popular hotel for business and families. I was travelling alone and they were especially attentive to ensure that I was safe and well looked after. The location is great, especially for a driver over the border into Singapore. The restaurant serves Italian-Japanese fusion which I had never experienced before but was really great. The live music added a nice touch.

  I stayed in the Club Room and really really love it. The room decoration is sweet modern minimalist with orange color on the wall. Room is not too small though it's not so big but there are spaces to move around. Love the free WiFi available in the room too and most of all the facilities that comes for the guest staying in Club Room. As it was the fasting month, it was convenient for us to get our pre-dawn meal from the Indian stall just in front of the hotel. I think it was 24 hours. Do try the prata with sambal. The sambal is superb! The location of the hotel is awesome and I will most certainly be booking Citrus Hotel for my future visits to jb.

The rooms were just nice and comfortable and well equipped. There were toothbrush, shaver and even cotton buds :) Breakfast was excellent. I love dim sum so I didn't taste other food. Overall experience was great. I wish I had more time to relax, enjoy the breakfast, the swimming pool etc. Would recommend this place for family day accommodation.

Most other hotels, I have to call for extra amenities even though I already booked for 3 pax! We stayed in a triple deluxe room and room was comfortable and amenities is adequate though the air conditioning could be better as the remote switch seems malfunction. All in...is value for money and I will return again if I drop by to JB again.

  The view requested was received for one of my rooms out of two which saw the whole city. The cleanliness was good overall in the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One perticular staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ok. The shower was awesome. There was a good Indian/Malaysian restaurant newrby the Hotel (just behind the petrol Station). - Front staffs are good although it's not all of them. Our room is very clean, comfortable, and spacy. Everything looks good and new. I really like the bathroom because it has a bathtub with clean, spacy, and modern style. It also has a weigher so you can check your luggage(s) weight if you have a flight after that. Really great hotel since it's relatively cheap if you look to what you get. Overall, this hotel looks good and clean.
