the location, cleanliness, very friendly staff. the location. Spacious room with king size bed. air-con not so cold sometime. In the room no hair dryer and towel very dirty. Anoying & disgusting sex noise from next room. Sound deadening for every room need to be improved. room got smell and not very clean. Room is small.
