The room had a decent amount of floor space in the living space; much more than other hotel rooms of similar size. The hotel is very well located, some minutes away from Shibuya station (which is better than near a bigger station, because Shibuya is very practical). And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!
