  Sapporo Grand is an excellent Hotel with Excellent service. We stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer. We first met staff member Hideto Sawagashira at the front desk. Even though they were very Busy the staff, in Particular Mr Sawagashira made us feel at ease and made our stay Fantastic. We really love this hotel, room is comfortable and cleanliness,excellent service in front desk staffs. the most important thing is location is very convenient. I would like to thank Mr kimio Mori, assistant manager of inbound sales sects., he helped us to make a call to airline to clarify some of our questions before leaving for new chitose airport. without his kind helps,we might have some troubles in airports.

Basically within walking distance to a lot of attractions and there are a few convenient stores just down the hotel.   This hotel was great! Perfectly clean and very spacious. Recently renovated it seemed. Excellent indoor and outdoor Onsen and luckily a western oriented breakfast. Only thing I missed at breakfast was Yoghurt. The kitchen had an induction stove and a large fridge with freezer. No problems stocking up on food for the whole week.
