Room was lovely - It had everything you could need , and more . Clean , quiet , AND WI-FI :) Clean slippers every day , dressing gown ,kettle , AC and a bidet toilet. Who would want any more ?

The location of the hotel is terrific; so many fantastic little food places and across the road from department store where the food hall section is open 24/7. Only two stops from Shibuya. Hotel was clean and functional. Convenient store was located right under the hotel and a Seiyu (Supermarket) was a couple of steps away. Many little restaurants around.

  I booked this hotel because of its good reviews and after staying there for four nights, I can say that I'm not surprised that it is rated so highly. In this price range this hotel is perfect. Firstly the location, right between Harajuku and Shibuya.   The hotel is well located, Shibuya is a few minutes walking distance. And even when you head to the other side, there are some nice areas. The rooms are small, but well, its Japan. if you have large luggage don't take the economy rooms. Also, there is a cute little place accross the street for breakfast, and if you walk a litt - Tidy hotel with nicely decorated rooms and handy connections to most of Tokyo through Shibuya subway station and JR train lines. Situated in a lively area (although very busy with hoards of people and plenty of noise) with lots of cool small restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel staff was also happy to store our luggage for some time both before and after our stay, which was greatly appreciated.

When we got back to properly check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our luggage had already been sent to our room without any hassle.   The staff were fantastic, even the ones with little English. The room was spotless. Our kids loved the traditional bedding and the staff were also very kind to the kids. Its a reasonably close to Shibuya but work out the easy back streets it saves heaps of time. We checked out at 10am but were not flying out to 8pm. I highly recommend this hotel. - Really lovely staff. They speak english which was really good after 16hrs of travel. The rooms were very comfortable. Room was a pretty good size. Had no problems with noise from outside or from other guests. Pretty good location. Only 15 mins from Shiduya station which means it's connected to everywhere in Tokyo. Also nice to come back to the hotel and have hot water for tea waiting. A lovely touch.
