  This Hotel is very nice, small,clean, neat and familiar with a good location in front of the Keiseiline station. Nice outlook over a lotuspond and close to Ueno Park for relaxing, and at the same time it`s near good shopping areas and restaurants! It is very convenient.   Location is very great. The hotel is near many transportation, Keisei Line, Metro, JR so it is convenient to go to everywhere in Tokyo. We can find many restaurants around there with acceptable price and we can walk to shopping area such as Ameyoko market.   We had a perfectly adequate western room with the usual/necessary functions, but be warned - it was a typical Japanese size, i.e. small and cramped. You couldn't fit in more than 2 normal sized suitcases and even that would be pushing it (we had 1 and a couple of smaller hand baggage bags). But the bed (queen size double) was VERY comfortable - the best in our 4 week stay in Japan. Also it was very conven - I really liked the location - it's very close to the park and the subway station. Particularly coming from Narita, the access is quite convenient and they have very good instructions on how to find the hotel. I'd say the rooms were a good value. Yes, they are small - but that's pretty standard for Tokyo or any large city.   The hotel is located very near both the JR station and the metro lines which is great when going around. I had a difficult time finding it at first but was quick tho memorize the direction after.
