Staff were great! They had good English. We arrived early and they held our luggage until we came back later to check. Then on check out day, we didn't want to leave the city yet and they held out luggage the whole day after we checked out as well. We had a great experience here.The breakfast had a few different yummy breads n croissants, boiled eggs and tea, coffee etc. The room was not as small as everyone exaggerates. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived before check in time and they allowed us to leave our bags at the desk, also after check out we left our bags at the desk all day so we could continue to sightsee. Room was comfortable enough for the two of us. Shower was amazing. Very clean and tidy. We also got back to our room quite late and someone was there to let us in no problems.
Nice hotel, with good value for money, close to the city of Kobe.
