  Excellent location,easy access to train & subway station, to the Kuromon fresh food market, shopping arcades, lots of good restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped especially a washer/ dryer, like a small home. When ever I go to Osaka I'll definitely choose to stay in Fraser Residence... was die leute sagen » Nankai Osaka. Moreover, Kyoto, Kobe & Nara are near Osaka. This time I stayed there for 6 nights. - Location is exceptional, very near to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, Kurumon market and more. By taking Exit 4 at Namba station, follow the pathway leading to Takashimaya and walk towards Namba Park the cross the road, will get you to hotel. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment.

We needed to print our boarding passes and a nic - The hotel was really convenient,even though it's not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of namba and dotonbori,it's still close enough and very quiet..just around the corner of daikakucho subway station,which is a blessing if you're using the kansai thru or osaka unlimited pass,but a bit of a walk from JR namba station..there's also a 24-hour supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.. The staff were really excellent,they speak perfect english and always answer our queries with a smile

  I really enjoyed my time in Osaka and this guesthouse was very convenient and comfortable. Nate is such an awesome host, thanks a lot for the warm welcome; I enjoyed so much my stay in Osaka at your place!! The room was small and cosy, clean and well equipped, and the location was simply great. Abeno is a really nice area, very central, close from... was die leute sagen » all interesting places. Underground stations, JR stations, buses stops, etc., were within a few minutes and you can walk to everywhere. Convenient st - Nate was such a fantastic host who gave us lots of recommendations, tips on public transport and was an all-around awesome person to us! The house itself is pretty sweet as well and has everything you need. Rooms were clean/comfortable, location was really convenient and if we're ever in Osaka again, we'll definitely stay at PlanetOne. :D

Probably the most most comfortable (as in 'vibe') that I stayed at in Japan! Definitely recommended.
