  Fabulous overall!!! I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport for an early morning (430am) start. So while the location was a bit of a hike to Venice the previous day, it was worth it for the next morning's airport convenience. They even had a transfer van (booked the day before) for me at 5am for only 6 euros! Excellent service. It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms. Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice. Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!

  Wir haben eine Städtereise nach Venedig unternommen und wollten nicht in Venedig selber übernachten, daher haben wir ein Zimmer in Mestre gesucht und sind auf dieses Bed and Breakfast aufmerksam geworden wegen der guten Bewertungen von anderen Reisenden.   I liked staying in Mestre. It was quiet and only a 15 to 20 minute bus ride to Venice. The bus runs quite late and is only a block and a half from the hotel. (#2 bus on via Piave) The building was secure and the neighbourhood felt safe. The young gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We spilled coffee over the bedclothes right down to the mattress. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. He came up and changed all the bedding and washed the bed!
