  We loved La Toretta. We stayed in one of the 2 apartments that are part of the hotel but separate from the main building. It was better than we could have hoped for. A large studio apartment with spectacular views and complete privacy. The view from the balcony encompasses the town and the water with a fantastic sunset every night.   Very friendly and helpful proprietor...liked the location but did not realise it does not have any meal preparation facilities. Most luxurious, especially the bathroom. We did so enjoy out visit and some of that was because Giovanni had been so kind, assisted us in our arrival and got us a taxi for our departure. We really liked staying there... i... was die leute sagen » t is high in Manorola but the walk did us good. - Loved the town of Manarola and the locaton of the guest house which was a short walk from the small downtown area and thus much quieter than the bustle of the town. Very quiet rooms on a small alley looking out onto the grape terraced hillsde, Well appointed room though ours was a bit small, others are supposedly larger. Helpful and very organized service.
