  Die Zimmer waren neu adaptiert, geräumig, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die sanitären Anlagen ebenfalls. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Die Lage - nähe Markus Platz - war ebenfalls perfekt.   Liked everything about this hotel. Calm location away from the tourist hassle and just 5­-7 min walk from piazza San Marco. May be a bit far from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through Venice is a pleasure of its own. Besides you can always take a vaporetto which stops nearby. In overall, good value for money we paid. - Very nice hotel. The incheck was very fast and the night receptionist was very helpfull. the room was very clean and the breakfast was also fine.   We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable. The hotel was spotless and breakfast plenty and delicious. They provided locked up baggage servic - The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.   A lovely comfortable warm room. Very small as it was a single but with a double bed and a canal view. Spotlessly clean. En suite immaculate. Clean towels and linen daily. Our room had a real baroque feeling which delighted my 16 year old daughter. The location was outstanding. Our room overlooked a canal and watching the gondoliers passing was an added bonus. It is 5 minutes from st Marks Square so it was so easy to see the amazing sites there but was also very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved sitting on the little boat landing with my book and drink after a day sightseeing.
