  We stayed at casa sain't andrea a day before our cruise. Location is perfect, only few minutes walk from P. roma to our hotel and like walking around a building where we catch our shuttle, people's mover to our cruise ship. Vaporetto or water taxi is just outside the hotel. A grocery is close by where we bought our bottled water and food supply. We chose to walk via academia to rialto and P. mar - Coming from the airport by bus around 9pm, this hotel was close to the drop off point which was useful with roller suitcases. We were greeted by a friendly man who made us welcome and up-graded our room to one that overlooked the canal. It was great waking up to the canal boats going about their business, after we had enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep. Although simply furnished the room was clean and quaintly old-world with exposed beam look. The breakfast was great and plenty of it! The staff

  Sehr zentrale Lage zwischen Rialto und Markusplatz, meiner Meinung nach ein sehr gutes Frühstück (frischer Obstsalat), großes Zimmer (Zimmer 335), schönes Bad - Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Frühstück war toll, sehr gute Lage und Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt für hotels in Venedig.   kleines, edles Designhotel in einem ursprünglichen Viertel von Venedig - Our room and large terrace were wonderful. The room had lots of light with 4 large windows that all open with a canal view. The terrace looked over the rose garden and the Grand canal. The staff were very professional and helpful.   The Staff where lovley and the cleaner kept the room looking lovely. it was in a perfect centre location , everything was close by on foot rialto 5min walk , San Marco a ten to 15 min walk.
