I really love the room. It's elegant and graceful. Everything is
clean and beautifully presented. The breakfast is also nice, typically,
bread and coffee, some fruit and salami. We were unlucky because there
was strike when the day we arrived. It took us longer to get to the
hotel in the late evening. But the host showed in no time. On the other
hand the strike also brought us good luck that all the others cancelled
the trip so we were the only guests, enjoying the whole floor. Although

Everything, the place is wonderful, clean, confortable and tidy. The owner (Stefano) is really nice and the breakfast is very good. It's like being at home. Very good price/quality relation (taking into account Venice prices).
A good location on the Lido, easy to find. Nice confortable room and very nice bathroom.
Breakfast is basic but suffiecent and well presented.
I woudl stay here again.
Steffano was ciurteous and extremely helpful , nothing seemde too much trouble , we will definitely recommend this to our friendsn.
I do not recommend to stay in Lido if you are going during winter because it's quite far from San Marco square (about 35 minutes by Vaporetto) and the Lido is absolutely empty. I would like to be again in this place but during summer.
Get used to the waterbus if you are staying on the lido. I used a 48 hour pass including the trip to the airport and that eases the cost. But it is still time consuming.
Nothing!.
Hotel was disappointing. Run down, breakfast was worth MISSING. Not at all like website. Dark, dreary, out of the way, no beds made. Breakfast was horrible, slice of dried toast, 1 choice of fruit canned. Unfriendly. Appearance was old, run down.
