  Excellent for the whole family. Great play area for the kids - in sight of the rooms but far enough away so the noise doesn't bother anyone else. Fabulous place to relax after a busy day visiting Assisi. So close to the city that it is easy to go back and forth for naps for the kids or lunch. Very friendly owners!   We had a problem by getting there on time. I contacted the manager to inform him that we will be late because we got lost and had to take a detour. He was very understanding, assisted us with the dirtections and carrying our heavy luggage to our room on the first floor. He even assissted us with parking the car at a safe place and again carrying o... was die leute sagen » ur luggage the next morning to the parked car!! The room was very neat, smelt fresh and was very comfortable. We recommend this place without hessitat - The owner Luca was super friendly despite we arrive late at 11pm and needing to get him over to pass on keys and arrangements. Also extremely flexible by letting us store the luggage at the B&B after check out in accommodating our train schedule. The room is nice with theme color and feel very comfy to stay and rest in. Strongly recommended B&B.

  This was a great 2 star hotel! Extremely clean - very helpful staff and spacious rooms. Opposite the train station, which made it a great base in which to explore Assisi from. Dinner at the hotel was exceptional value and scrumptious! Breakfast in the morning was the basic European continental breakfast, only thing missing was the juice!
