We were delighted to find that room was actually a mini suite in the sense that there were two separate rooms, a large room with comfortable double and a small balcony. Close to the beach (5min. walk) and private parking (limited, but on public area also enough possibilities and safe as well). The owner and the staff were very friendly. The owner speaks English. There is supposed to be a Shuttle bus though we ended up using our car. Not too far from Pisa G G airport. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, this is a good option
