  This hotel has a very warm and friendly environment, very clean rooms and facilities plus it is located very close to outlets and other shopping malls. Apart from that it is also close to the train station for guests who would like to explore the city of Florence. I would like to especially commend on the excellent service by Juliano who not only ... was die leute sagen » speaks excellent English but was very understanding and went all the way to make sure that we are quickly settled in our room after having driven 16 h - Fabulous hotel, very nice staff and good breakfast. Excellent location to visit all the Chianti area and centric to Firenze, Siena, Pisa and close to the Mall. Very convenient to visit vineyards. Special attention from staff specially Juliano at night and the lady that was on te morning. Very helpfully and a special thanks to all. Great value for the money.   Very friendly staff, good brakfast. For such a small money they clean your room and change towels every day, even in the economic room. Fantastic! - The staff are very friendly and helpful ! They made our stay very comfortable ! Thank you , Emmanuel ! And your father and all your staffs!
