  Lorenzo the master is very nice and congenial. The hotel is indeed an apartment in the old building in the centre of the city, almost in front of the walls of Citta Alta. Even cups, wardrobe and bureau are old and pretty. The breakfast is usual for Italy and is served in the room. I am likely to stay at Lorenzo's next time - i stayed with my wife in this lovely guest house in bergamo city centre. the place was very clean and cosy and it is highly recommendable. the staff was very friendly and helpful, they explained us everything from where are the best restaurants to eat, how to get to the old city(and the old city cathedral is a must see) to how to get to the aeroporto. so it was an excellent experience.

And its right in the heart of the old town of Bergamo; a short taxi ride from the railway station & to the airport. Location is perfect, 15 minutes drive to- from the Airport. We stayed in the family room with beautiful Terace-Garden. Even we left very early in the morning, the owner prepared some sandwiches for us as take away. Sure will stay also next time.

  Just returned from B&B. It was wonderful, looks like in the photos (even better). Laura is the best host I ever meet. The location is perfect, not far from the Citta Alta(25-30 min walking), quiet, close to the forest. In the morning I woke up with birds singing; after a delicious breakfast with regional products. Eve - Wow! Just peruse the photos and magnify by 100. So well detailed for charm, ease of stay, beauty and so close to lovely Bergamo. If you are tired of millions of tourists I reccomend that you come to Laura's and enjoy the hospitality, beautiful wooded countryside the Old and New town of Bergamo. The interior of the Bergamo churches exceed Venice. You will enjoy exploring both new and Alta Citi and the Italian Lakes to the east of Bergamo along with the vineyards which look and feel like Chianti.

  Arranged a lift from airport with hotel owner - very friendly and meant we could get in to the room very early. Beautiful old building - lively location in the historical centre of bergamo.   We have stayed in Agriturismo establishments twice now, and it is a fantastic concept - cross between B+B and a full-on hotel, situated in beautiful surroundings all with a Mama Mia touch.   Good choice for those who likes silence. The hotel is located in private house ouside the old center (it is about 20 min walk), but there is a bus stop nearby. The room is VERYclean with large comfortable bed and big bathroom (with shampoo, hairdryer and so on), We had a wonderfull sleep there because there are private houses around (no nightclubs... was die leute sagen » or restaurants). . The breakfast was perfect! The hotel is recommended for those who travel by car (we had no car and got lost in the city, so the ow - Rossana, who runs the B&B, is delightful. She was so helpful in giving us information about Bergamo. We were able to park our car underneath the building. It is a really nice set-up and not far from the old city of Bergamo, as well as within driving distance of other places to visit, such as Lago d'Iseo and Crespi d'Adda village. Rossana was very patient in helping me to practise my halting Italian. My husband was able to play golf at a very nice course nearby, which Rossana helped him arra

  Although we originally booked this b &B just as a place to stay that was centrally located to allow us to go site seeing to Milan, lake Garda, lake Como etc, it turned out to be a really excellent choice. It took some 10 minutes, otherwise it would be hard to find house in darkness without proper map. Room was large and comfortable, bathroom idealy clean. We were served traditional Italian breakfast, with tasty grapefruit juice and toasts. The hotel was empty as tourism season was over, so we could feel like at home. Surrondings are quiet.
