  The pictures online don't do it justice. The entire place is meticulously restored with an eclectic twist (a beautiful spiral staircase in one of the many libraries and books galore). The hosts make you feel like one of the family and invite you to their activities on the farm (they were crushing grapes with their feet the day we were leaving so w... was die leute sagen » e missed it). They have two wonderful pianos the guests can use. - The atmosphere, the castle itself, the hosts, the laid back style, the location - it's the perfect place for relaxing. The way the castle is restored to former glory, without much visual modernizing, is fascinating. You get a strong feeling of time-travel once inside the castle walls!
