This Accomadation was clean, modern, and very comfy. Not to mention the
location was spot on. It's round the corner from the coliseum with
bars & food places on your doorstep. It's set on the 2nd &
3rd floor of a block, (and has a lift if you don't fancy the
stairs). Also really good wifi in rooms. The staff was very nice and
even let us keep out bags in our room to accommodate our late flight

The owner Luca was wonderful. So helpful in so many ways, from finding good eats to computer connections. The hotel was very clean and at a great price. Also helped being so close to the Coliseum (5 minute walk), and the forum. Easy taxi ride to the Vatican. Never woke up early enough for the breakfast, so can't comment.

splendid location with local charm yet close to the sites.
The owner Luca is very helpfull and friendly. I would definitely stay here again were I to be back in Rome.

The only things was and it's 2 very small point
1.There wasn't English TV.
2. Tea facility's would really go along way.
We wasn't in the room much but after a long day walking round the city, once your in your room a tea/coffee would be nice just before bed. & in the morning. :).
We came in mid August when Italians go on vacation, so a lot of shops and restaurants were not open. Our fault not Romes.
