  We really liked the location as it was great for the town and access to the ski fields. Our hosts Federica and Nikola were outstanding and could not do enough to make you feel welcome and comfortable.   Paola was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable and charming and we had a lovely wood chip fire. - Although the place is wonderful and it is a great pleasure to stay at Le Cloux, the personality of Paola is the finishing touch.   This is a beautifully run small hotel and we enjoyed our stay there. A warm welcome from Viviana, good breakfast and excellent facilities ( clean rooms and bathrooms). Good guide to local restaurants, tourist attractions, etc. Wifi works well in room. Off street parking behind the hotel. N.B. There is a pizzeria ( good) and high-class restaurant ( which we did not try) close to the hotel. - The staff (=the mother and daughter who own the place) are very welcoming and kind. They offered a lot of insight about possible activities in Aosta valley and happily answered all our queries. They even let us use the house cellar to storage our wines when the weather outside was really hot. Good breakfast, beautiful and fun decoration, fast WLAN.
