  The location is beautiful. Also in mid feb it is nice. The complex was not fully booked. It can happen that you are alone in the complex.   Loved this hotel. Radda in Chianti is now one of our favorite locations in Italy and this hotel was luxurious. Staff great. Breakfasts great. Very nice englishspeaking receptionist-she gaves us many helpfull advices for the old Lucca town and ideas for good restaurants there. Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca. Lovely relaxing area with hot tub etc. too.
