The room had air conditioning and heating adjustable from the room, - The room was spacious, well designed and clean. The air-conditioning worked well and the wifi was fast. There was a communal kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and sink. Coffee and tea were free. The owner was very nice and friendly. We could leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out. The location was good as it's very close to the Florence SM train station. Even though the rooms are on the 1st floor, the owner helped us with the luggage so that's not a problem. It's definitel
