sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Anlage in einer Zitronenplantage, rustikales Zimmer mit behindertengerechtem Badezimmer, toller Blick auf den Ätna vom Anwesen aus (vom Zimmer aus nur von den Zimmern im 1. Stock).
Der Topper aber war das Essen: schon das Frühstück mit Bergen von Früchten, verschiedenen Kuchen, Joghurt etc., das auch aufgefahren wird, wenn nur wenige Gäste anwesend sind, ist superlecker und nicht zu bewältigen. Das Abendessen ist aber wirklich nicht zu toppen. 4-Gänge-Menü mit

This is a unique property - an old manor house, fully restored, a producing vineyard and an excellent estate wine that is well worth the modest price. The attention to detail was amazing. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The country setting was lovely. The only problems we had were returning at the end of a days outing in the car as the GPS did not pick up all the small roads. A very detailed map is important to have. As well there are one way streets in the nearby towns so you don't always follow the same routes leaving the hotel and returning to it.

The B&B is reasonable value for money but you have to factor in parking costs for the multi storey car park, which is only a five minute walk away. -

This place was so unique. We loved staying here. The staff of one young man was so helpful and pleasant. He really cared that you would have a wonderful experience there. It is just so Sicily. Alley ways and balconys and plaster buildings with a small courtyard piazza where breakfast is served. It was a unique experience and so much better than staying in a big hotel. Very spacious and tastefully decorated in the style of old Sicily.
