  Stayed in Agriturismo La Quercia with 03 till 05.08.2013. It was our first experience of stay in hotel of this kind. Very hospitable family of owners who are ready to help to solve at any time any problems. Magnificent joint dinners, both on the friendly atmosphere, and on offered local dishes. What regret about visits of this place I didn't test. On a ratio o - the place is very nice, up on the mountain, fresh air and wonderful surrounding. Family that works there are such a nice people. They always run around and makes you feel like at home. Mother prepares dinner, you sit all together with other tourists, share, enjoy delicious food, wine and have a nice long talking evening with son Marco. Its a simple, cozy place that i never saw before and always would like to come back!

  Staff was just amazing, the views and surroundings are great and is strategically well placed inland but close to few beaches. Better if you go by car and with a GPS, at night can be tricky to get there for first timers. The location was remote but even if you don't travel here by car the staff are always at hand to help you with arrangements for local excursions.

All exterior and interior elements are authentic, nothing is fake there, even the room key was at least 100 yrs old. The place is small, run by a family. It charmed us. They helped in everything you could imagine: carrying lugage, giving tips for visituing Cagliari, parking your car, explaning the history of the hotel, etc. Junior large suite is very large, enough room for 4 people to spleep and move around. Situated in an ordianary, busy street, the inner place of the hotel doesn't remind you about this. Dinner is also possible. Would go back to it, when visiting Cagliari again.

The food was very good but we found it quite expensive at 70 euros for two. The room was absolutely beautiful with the comfort of a 4* hotel (air conditioning, mattress very comfortable, italian shower, samples in the bathroom), with a big terrace.   The staff were so friendly they couldn't do enough for you. This is a lovely hotel very peaceful and in a perfect location if you are looking to chill out right on the beach front. The town centre of Villasimius is a two minute drive, it's a ten minute walk along a long straight road so you can't go wrong. However, the highlight of our stay was the superb dining experience combining well presented delicious Sardinian specialties with classy service in a pleasant atmosphere.
