  We traveled along the amalfi coast all the way to Sorrento on a 7 day trip. Throughout our trip we were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and comfort the hotels provided on the coast... until we came across Magi House Relais. We wanted to stay forever! It was better than any 5 star hotel or any other hotels we came acr - Great location in the old quarter in the center of Sorrento. Everything was perfect. The apartment was bi-level, bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a small kitchen upstairs, which allowed us to cook a few nights and then dine out a few nights. It is also an easy 30 minute train ride from Sorrrento to Pompei and 15 more minutes to Herculanaem. Staff at Magi House were wonderful. The owner Mariano wants to make sure that you have a great stay.

  I loved everything about this apartment. I was skeptical at first about the area and price. After me and my friends arrived we soon realized we would never want to leave! Our apartment was a 6 person apartment on the first floor. We could leave the doors open at night and hear the sea while we fell asleep. Ideal location for us, a mature couple, but there were also young families and a group of friends. If you have never been in Cilento, go there. People are friendly and the beach is nice. You're also close to Paestum one of the most important historical places in Italy.

  Highly recommended. Right in the heart of Sorrento. Only 15 minutes walk to train station and bus depot. We had a spacious room overlooking the piazza. Friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Sorrento. No lifts, so you better practice lifting your suitcases up a few flight of stairs.
