The staff at reception went out of their way to help us check the details of the next leg of our journey and the friendliness we received left us with just a desire to return soon.   Amazing cave room - absolutely HUGE! Believe this was the best room and it certainly had the wow factor and provided a unique experience. Lovely outside terrace too.Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious and generous. A fabulous experience and would highly recommend a trip to this amazing place. - The location in the centre of Sassi is perfect. The amenities were excellent, we did not want for anything and outstanding views right in front of the Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect in the heart of Matera with a walking distance to all interesting places, but also 10 minutes walk to the train station and to the airport bus. The owner is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good and nicely served.
