  The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This hotel was priced very well and all extras eg luggage storage were free. The breakfast was great and the bed very comfortable. Everything was clean and free bike rental was a bonus. Very central hotel. - The location of the hotel only 5 minutes walk form the train/bus station and just five to te... was die leute sagen » n minutes walk to the city center.   The Palazzo Bezzi Hotel is a small, however very well designed hotel close to the center of Ravenna. All rooms as well as the entrance area have natural light, are very bright - the rooms on the top floor even have a view over the roofs of the town. For a hotel in the historical center of (an Italian) town the facilities offered by the hotel (e.g.... was die leute sagen » inner garden space, roof top terrace, bath tub in the (spacious) bath room) are very good. - The location of this hotel cannot be better, with Teodorico's Palace and St. Apollinare Nuovo practically next-door. The bus stop for St Apollinare in Classe is opposite the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, although some English/French would be useful for some of the staff in the restaurant. Very clean, all fixtures work very well, including a very useful radiator in the bathroom to dry things quickly.
