  The hotel is very spacious, and clean, and had staff member that spoke english. It was a great help. Had a good selection of breakfast. NIce outside space. Rooms were modern and clean, with lots of toiletries. Very pleased with it.   Monica, the owner, is a sublime hostess. She is warm and welcoming and could not have tried harder to make my family feel at home and benefit from our trip with local information. The location is good for the city of Verona, the surrounding countryside and Lake Garda. You will need a car to get to it and to get about but Monica was again a wonderful source on information on how to achieve this. - Great place and great host. It's close to Verona (10-15 min drive) and a great value for money. My room was large and of high quality. The hotel is on a farm, which immerses you in nature and quiteness, but still a very short ride away from the center of Verona. The host was extremely friendly and always available to help you. She gave me very valuable advice regarding Verona, restaurants, parking, etc. Easy to find, even at night, using google maps.

  Our room was beautifully decorated with access to a small garden. Although parking is on the street, it is right at the premises and often shaded. We liked the position right across from a little park and the grocery store just around the corner. A bus stop is also just around the corner and a few restaurants within easy walking distance. Guidebooks are supplied for your use and the lady even supplied some cushions - Owners Massimo and Federica were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I stayed there on three occasions during my month in Italy and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location is excellent, being in the little town of Avesa, a quiet and charming rural town just 10 minutes from Verona. There is a bus stop just 50 metres from Casa Magnani, so it was most convenient to travel in to Verona by bus. Highly recommended.
