  The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room. Would go back again!

  The location was great opposite the railway station, however you heard no noise from the trains. The receptionist who booked us in was very friendly and accommodating and we were allowed to check in and our room was ready at 1100 hours in the morning.   We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 4 nights and it made our vacation to Italy very easy. Location is amazing. It is right outside the leaning tower and across the street to a bus stop for the city. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families. They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

The room was clean quiet and comfortable even though it was so close to the busiest part of Pisa.   It was my first time to visit Italy. My girlfriend and were looking to have a romantic getaway. We were surprised by the size of the rooms, they are much bigger than the pictures. We recommend this hotel thanks to the great service the personnel brings.   Very good location for someone arriving with a late flight at Pisa airport. The stuff of B&B Gate 52 was very helpful. Mr. Rocco was waiting for me and the baby at the airport even it was after midnight and this helped me a lot. The room was nice and clean, and the toilet clean and always available. It's quite handy in a short walking distance from the airport. We arrived in a rainy day so we had to take the bus from the airport to the hotel and there was bus stops near the hotel. Besides, it takes about 12 minutes walk to the central train station.
