  Five Roses B&B was truly amazing. Flavia the owner was the perfect host. Making sure everything was ok, her recommendations for places to eat were first class.   I loved that it was 10 minute walk from the " leaning tower of Pisa " , the staff we very friendly gave us lots of information , were great with the kids.   Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The b - The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer.   We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 4 nights and it made our vacation to Italy very easy. Location is amazing. It is right outside the leaning tower and across the street to a bus stop for the city. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families. They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

  I was pleasantly suprised on my arival,after reading some reviews I was a little worried. The host was pleasant , helpful and the B&B was cosy. I'd read a few horror reports and I just can't understand some people. The rooms arnt amazing but then you get what u pay for. Brilliant for a quick stay in Pisa, the rooms were comfy - When I booked the hotel, I did not realised that there was not 24 hours reception service, but the member off staff was happy to wait for me until midnight, which was a massive help. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean, very good value for money. I also had breakfast included, which was fantastic and a very good start of the day. I was allowed to leave my luggage and collect it later. My overall experience with this hotel was very good. Thank you for a nice stay.

The hotel is in a residence built in the 1700s and has a few impressive paintings gracing its walls. It is in a street away from the action which could be good or bad depending on your tastes....no views of anything but really with all of the gorgeous decor one does not need an external view. The bathrooms in particular are WOW!
