  I absolutely loved my stay at Il Pettirosso. Set in the mountains behind the Amafli Coast, it's a true haven away from the main tourist towns. The room was big, spotlessly clean, with what looked like brand new furniture, including two big wardrobes and a good sized desk. I had a huge double bed and a balcony looking over the mountains.   We had a wonderful stay with Columba at Le Nereidi. She helped us any any way thinkable. She booked a spot for us at great beaches every day. She also recommanded restaurants for us, and truly made us feel like a family member while we were there. It felt like we had an italian mom while we were there. It is a slight hike to get to the hotel but with the amount of food you will be eating it isn't so bad to do a little exercise.
