The hotel is centrally located and all the key parts of Assisi were within easy walking distance. - I had everything I need in my room and nice breakfast included! The room was always clean.   The photographs do not do the hotel justice. It is not only beautiful but the location is wonderful. The hotel personnel make you feel like family--they are very accommodating and extremely friendly. We had a room with 4 single beds. The room was lovely and roomy and much more attractive than the picture. The hotel was recommended by friends ... was die leute sagen » and they will get a great bottle of wine along with our thanks. - The charm of the owners and the location of this hotel to the bus depot and the center of the city were just great. While this is not an upscale hotel, and everything about it is not perfect, I would not hesitate to stay again. The view from my room was just stunning. EWvery member of the family worked there, and all were very kind and incredibly helpful.

Our 2 year old daughter was sick so the owner took us to the hospital to see a doctor. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was clean and very spacious. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!!! - The welcome given by Maximo on arrival was excellent - home made wine, bruchetta & cherries, along with a beautiful view whilst enjoying them. Maximo's mother is a great cook providing delicious cake's for breakfast. The accommodation was very comfortable & only a few minutes from Assisi. We were also fortunate to see fireflies at night, a phenomenon we hadn't experienced before.
