  Just stayed at Hotel Reale for 7 days, on arrival we upgraded to a superior room, which gave us a nice room with great views. Although the room at first seemed a little basic compared to an equivalent UK hotel, everything was there. The staff were wonderful, very helpful, always friendly and the room was cleaned to a high standard each day. R - Great little find in a nice part of Italy. Location great for getting around on trains. Staff very friendly and keen to please. We wanted to do a day tour from a brochure which the guy at reception helped us book. He could have told us to book on line (like others do) but he went out of his way to help every time we walked past. We stayed in a balcony room which was nice and big. Laundrette less than 50m away. Montecatini is a lovely town and this is a great little quiet spot to relax.
