A busy street might be problem for some (but come on, it IS in the city) but I prefer that I am safe when coming home at night, better than some quiet dark street in middle of nowhere.

On the day were supposed to leave Milan for London, there was a public strike which affected public transport. He called the number on display to ascertain if and when the bus would be coming ( helped as we would have struggled to put a sente - Excellent location for a meeting at Mico, an 8 minute stroll, snd only 100 feet to the number 1 Metro line that takes you to central Milan and the Duomo. I liked the clean room with a comfortable bed and windows that open wide to let in the air. A good breakfast and free wi-fi were also welcome. The staff was quite friendly and helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants and calling a taxi. Overall, this hotel is excellent. For someone who does not want or need a luxury hotel.

  Very nice Auberge/3*Hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpfull. We had the smallest room, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very nice! Although small tv it was ok(only italian channels). When we return to Milan we definitly come back. - This hotel was easy to find and located within a 7-10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Walking a further 5 minutes will take you to a train station connecting directly to the airport. The hotel is close to major attractions in Milan and is in a quiet street. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious.
