  Everything was perfect! Really kind, friendly, helpful stuff. Nice comfortable room with everything what a tourist need. Staff was super helpful regarding restaurant recommendations, directions and making a reservation for a taxi at 05:00 for us.   Location to Loreto Metro was great - it's also near Central station but it's only two stops on the metro, so we didn't walk. Loreto has two metro lines so it's easy to get around Milan.
