  Huh, everything! The place is minimalist, beautiful clean rooms, the breakfast provided is fantastic, and the location is in the middle of a very nice shopping area. But what really makes the difference is the service. I think I'd - This boutique hotel is fantastic - Fillipo and his staff were amazing and very helpful - especially with transport and getting to and from Venice. It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms. Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice. Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!

  Nice, friendly and cosy. Only a hop step and a jump to the rail and bus stations.No lift but staff very helpful with our luggage. - Very close to train station, Tommy (owner) is very friendly. Morning breakfast is nice.

It was our first - The hotel is a family business that make us feel like we have our own apartment in Venice itself. The room is big and so confortable. There is also a coffee machine and breakfast with a frigo in side the room. The owner is so friendly and helpful. They provide us the best Info for the trip in Venice. I really love the service. The location is perfect. Just 5 mins by walking to the bus stop to Venice and 10 mins to the railway station Venice Mestre.

  Wir haben eine Städtereise nach Venedig unternommen und wollten nicht in Venedig selber übernachten, daher haben wir ein Zimmer in Mestre gesucht und sind auf dieses Bed and Breakfast aufmerksam geworden wegen der guten Bewertungen von anderen Reisenden. Und es war wirklich alles einfach nur PERFEKT! Wir hatten ein wunderschönes, grosses Zimmer, b... was die leute sagen » zw. eine Suite. Die Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es ist alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten jeden Tag frische Blumen (R - Die Gastgeber sind unbeschreiblich: hilfsbereit, auskunftsfreudig, witzig, freundlich... Die Lage für einen City-Trip nach Venedig ist optimal und wesentlich kostengünstiger als auf der Lagune. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen.

  die unterkunft liegt im zentrum mestres. gleich nebenan gibt es ein sehr gutes restaurant. die bushaltestelle nach venedig ist nur ein paar meter entfernt, trotzdem ist es recht ruhig. mestre selbst fand ich nach dem venedig trubel aber auch nicht schlecht. etwas authentischer. die vermieter federica und paolo sind sehr hilfsbereit, nett und zugän... was die leute sagen » glich. so hat man gleich guten kontakt zu einheimischen. wir können das b&b nur empfehlen. - Super Lage, gute Busverbindung um die Ecke nach Venedig, sehr nette Vermieter, tolles Design

The light breakfast each morning was nice (although I'm not a fan of instant coffee). Location was great - a few minutes to the train station and a 10-minute ride into Venice St. Lucia.

  I loved the location! Bus is right in front of the church this hotel is a part of and we were never charged to take the bus and it saved us 25€ that the taxi ride is. Bus runs every 15 minutes throughout the day until 2045 and the its about every hour until midnight. We really enjoyed the breakfast that's included in the price. There's no alcohol consumption allowed on the premises or smoking, very quiet ar - Staff was very helpful, always nice and friendly. On our last day we arrived late to breakfast and they brought the food out again for us. Rooms basic but very clean, bathroom as well. Enough space to open a large suitcase and still walk around; large wardrobe. Conveniently located: 10 minute bus ride to Venice (bus right outside the hotel), free parking, free wifi that actually worked.
